Benchmark Survey which looked at 30,000 American households, people who had made a donation in the past year were 43% more likely to consider themselves "happy".

In addition to helping people in need, giving is a vehicle for good health and good humour. And it's science that says so!

According to an international study, the simple act of giving increases life satisfaction as much as doubling your salary! At the same time and with the same salary, giving also makes you feel richer.

DONATING INCREASES WELL-BEING

By observing MRI scans and compiling the results of several studies, scientists have determined that acts of generosity (donations, volunteering, etc.).

This would activate the part of the brain that releases endorphins*. Thanks to these happy hormones, donors generally find themselves in a state of well-being that lasts.
